Repeat Prescriptions
Patients requiring long-term repeat prescriptions are asked to visit their doctor for review regularly. Please do not order a repeat prescription if registered on the CDM programme. Your prescription will be issued at your six-monthly review as part of this programme.
To order your long-term Repeat Prescription:
- Click on the Repeat Prescription button, fill it in and click Send.
- This enables you to enter your medications and the form is sent directly to us.
- You will need to give us your preferred Pharmacy details and we will send your completed repeat script to the pharmacy electronically.
Please note that all repeat prescription requests take a minimum of 2 working days to process. There will be a charge for this service (GMS Patients exempt).
