Ariosa Harmony
We are delighted to offer this new, non-invasive option in pregnancy screening in conjunction with our laboratory partners at SonicHealth. Ariosa HarmonyTM is a newly developed test of the baby's DNA which can be detected circulating in the mothers' blood from the 10th week of pregnancy. It is over 99% accurate at detecting Down's Syndrome, Edwards Syndrome and Patau Syndrome and can tell whether the baby is male or female as well as detecting a number of other chromosomal abnormalities. A simple blood test is all that is required and results are usually available within two weeks.
