Text Messages Marked as Scam in Error

We’re aware that some of our text messages are being flagged as “Likely Scam” on certain mobile networks. We understand that this may raise concerns, but please be assured that these messages are genuine and being sent directly from our practice.

This is a known technical issue affecting some healthcare providers, and we're actively working with ComReg to get it resolved as soon as possible.

In the meantime, if you're ever unsure about a message please contact your practice directly.
