The Well at Work
The Well at Work is a specialist Occupational Medical Service which was established in 2003 to help employers to meet their health obligations to their employees. The Company works in close partnership with employers to provide a safe working environment and to promote the physical and mental wellbeing of their employees.
The company provides a complete Occupational Medical Service and has developed a particular expertise in the management of absence related issues and the rehabilitation of employees back in to the work place following an illness or injury. The service is confidential and reliable and customised according to individual company requirements and available resources, with flexible appointments and a fast turnaround in reporting.
The service is delivered by a team of Specialist Occupational Health physicians, Occupational Health Nurse Advisors and a team of Allied health professionals including an Occupational Psychologist, Psychotherapist and Physiotherapists. Services are provided in-company or from one of our clinics located either in the Rockfield Medical Campus in Dundrum, DCU or Barrow Street Dublin 4 depending upon clients requirements. A nationwide service is also available through a network of Occupational Health Practices around the country.
Current clients include companies from the financial services sector, semi state and state bodies, construction, transport, manufacturing, chemical, retail, educational and health care sectors.
