Social Welfare Certificates Electronic Processing (E-Certs)
There have been recent changes in the processing of Social Welfare Certificates: while the initial IB1 application process (1st certificate) is still a paper process for the applicant, any subsequent certificates can be processed online by your GP.
The benefit of this is that it avoids delays in payment to you.
