Shared Services Administrator: Dublin, Centric Health

The Role

We are currently building a new centralised "shared services" team based in Head Office, Dundrum, that will support the wider Centric Health primary care frontline teams around the country.

The main purpose of these roles are to support the smooth day to day running of the first primary care cluster (consisting of 6 Practices) that they are partnered with and through this ensure an excellent patient experience. It is expected over the coming 12 to 24 months to expand this service to all primary care practices and to grow the Shared Services Team accordingly.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

 

The successful candidates will be responsible for but not limited to responding to and effectively managing patient enquiries across a defined group of practices in line with pre agreed protocols and processes, such as:

  • Streamlined result management
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Management of all other patient queries & assisting patients navigate our services
  • Planned scheduling of all patient self-management programme's (e.g. Cycles of Care programme's)
  • Participation in running & acting on scheduled reports, audits & surveys

The candidate must:

  • Enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and be experienced in delivering excellent customer service
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Be able to confidently work within a busy team and environment
  • Be able to prioritise competing demands, often within tight timescale's
  • Have meticulous attention to detail & excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Preferably have previous experience working in a healthcare industry

Operations Manager: Dublin, Centric Health

The Role

Centric Health is one of Ireland's fastest growing health care providers and looking to build a team of Service Operation Leaders that have the skills, experience and energy to work across a diverse range of health care services within the Group. As part of our commitment to building this team, we are recruiting an Operations Manager with the right energy and drive to succeed.

The successful candidate will work on a daily basis with the Group Operations Director across multiple locations and businesses, activities will include:

  • Operational Activities such as staffing, workflow & process mapping, equipment and software management, risk assessment and risk management and overall quality improvement
  • Delivering a broad range of large scale change management programme's across the Group
  • Preparation, follow-up and tracking deliverables for meetings, proposals and tenders
  • Commercial input including budgeting, new business development and contract negotiation
  • Engagement with a broad range of key stakeholders as well as providing support for any ad-hoc projects that arise
  • Representing the Operations Director both internally and externally and interacting with staff at all levels with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organisation

The right candidate will be passionate about providing high quality services for patients and customers. This individual will be an engaging, honest and highly driven with a keen sense of prioritisation and flow, have a genuine sense of urgency around providing meaningful support and excellent customer service skills.

This individual must have the ability to work autonomously once given training and direction.   Attention to detail and managing competing timelines will be critical to enable management of multiple competing priorities within in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This role requires the successful candidate to work in varied locations, with different multidisciplinary teams.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Highly motivated and results oriented with an ability to multitask
  • Commitment to confidentiality, discretion and professionalism
  • The ability to write, edit, and proof copy materials with Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint/ presentation skills & excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, organisation and time management skills – an ability to project manage
  • Good judgement supported by solid problem solving and consultative skills
  • People management experience, ideally with experience of managing a team of at least three people
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with minimum supervision
  • Own transport and a full drivers license will be a requirement

We are currently seeking to recruit a full time GP Practice Nurse to support our dynamic GP practice in Dublin 6. Previous practice nursing experience essential.
